VHBuild, an online project
management platform developed by VHSoft Technologies, served
as a web-based application for government projects - NT
South Regional Police Headquarters construction project
in Tsuen Wan district, Joint User Building at Rock Hill
Street, Kennedy Town and ICAC Headquarters Building, North
Point respectively.
As part of the policy formulation of the "Digital 21
Information Technology (IT) Strategy" of the e-Government,
all documents of a construction project are preferred by
relative departments to be maintained in electronic copies
concurrently. In this regard, an online project and document
management system that serves as a repository with secured
& structured folders to archive all the e-copies become
essential when there are hundreds & thousands of documents
to be circulated and exchanged by numerous authorized parties
within a project.
VHBuild provides a real-time
project workplace to share, distribute and retrieve project
information such as site photographs, correspondence, construction
drawings, electronic forms and schedules. Project-critical
information can be delivered effectively and securely, inter-project
and internal team communications and collaboration is streamlined.
By using real-time web-cam, daily progress photos and working
programs sharing, actual site activities, schedules and
progress can be monitored, achieving instant project monitoring
for timely review and action.
VHBuild is the first ISO27001 accredited construction ASP
